Plain English, no small print games. This page explains what happens to your details when you join my club.

Who looks after your data
ladycaz.com is run by Lady Caz, 5005 Dalhousie Dr NW Unit 175 #1563, Calgary, AB T3A 5R8, Canada. You can reach us at lady@ladycaz.com.
What I collect
- Your first name and email address.
- That you told me you are of legal age (19+, or 18+ where the legal age is 18).
- Your language and your approximate country, worked out from your browser settings and your connection. Never your exact location.
- The date and time you joined, so we can show you agreed.
- If you chat with me on this site: what you write in the chat and my replies (email addresses and card numbers are removed), so I can remember you and get better at answering. Private messages you send to my Telegram bot follow the same rules as this chat: kept the same way, with email addresses and card numbers removed, and erased on the same schedule. My bot also keeps your Telegram chat ID so it can write to you, and only sends you messages if you tapped yes; reply STOP at any time and it stops.
- If you are a member: a short note of memories drawn from our chats (your first name, the games you like, what we talked about), so I remember you when you come back. Never your email, card, address, money amounts or health details.
No cookies and no advertising trackers. I count visits, sign-ups and clicks with a privacy-friendly statistics tool that runs on my own server, without cookies and without building a profile of you. Your browser keeps a small note of which version of the page you saw, so it stays the same when you come back. If you are a member, that note also holds a signed member code (a number, not your email), so my chat recognises you on this device. It is not an advertising cookie and is never shared.
Why
Only to send you my club letters: my machine of the month, my best moments, and the welcome offers I arrange where they are legal in your country. Nothing else, and your details are never sold.
On what basis
Your consent. You give it by ticking the box on the form or by tapping “Yes, I’m in” in my chat. You can take it back at any time.
Leaving the club
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you stop receiving my letters. You can also just write to lady@ladycaz.com.
How long we keep it
Until you leave the club. 30 days after you unsubscribe, your details are erased. We only keep your email address on a do-not-contact list, with the date and wording of the consent you once gave, so we never write to you again by mistake and can show we had your permission. Chat conversations of members are kept as long as you are a member, together with your short note of memories; both are erased 30 days after you unsubscribe. Chats of visitors who are not members are erased after 90 days. Backup copies are erased within 90 days.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that run this service for us, on our behalf and for no other purpose: Amazon Web Services, which sends our emails (your details are kept in Canada), Hetzner Online, which hosts this website and the club's data (servers in Nuremberg, Germany), and Anthropic, which powers the replies in my chat and writes the short note of memories (it only receives what you type in the chat, and that note, processed in the United States).
Your rights
- See the data we hold about you (access).
- Have it corrected (rectification).
- Have it deleted (erasure).
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
Write to lady@ladycaz.com and we will answer within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country.
Age
This club is for adults only. If you are under the legal age where you live, please don’t join. If we learn that someone under age has joined, we delete their details.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be on this page with a new date.
